Day 15 - The day of the easy riders

As we were not allowed to go to Yading we started our the trip back as we have skipped very nice places on the way here.

In the morning we climbed up to a small Tibetian village and monastery as our driver's skills on wet dirt road are still not the best.

This was the place where I have seen a yak jumping like a frog. He was standing behind a corner when I was shooting a photo and I must have been scared him with the shutter sound. (Man, I hate these junky DSLRs, you can't even turn off the shutter sound on them :-) Finally I need to purchase a small camera which fits my pocket.

We reached Litang at lunchtime, and we had our cheapest lunch ever. We paid 55 yuan (7.5 USD) for 5 dishes and 2 beers (rice and tea is always for free except for some touristic "upperclass" restaurants.

These were not zee Germans... Tibetians got there before them :-)

And the EASY RIDERS...

Did you know that the "grim reaper" is a woman?

Very young easy riders :-)
