Day 19

We have visited the Hailuogou Glacier National Park. It is another beautiful place. I have learnt that glaciers are not always white, especially not at 2700 meters in the summer.

Can you see the people on it?

On the top of the picture you can see the bottom of the 1080m high glacier fall

And the end of the glacier, where the river comes out under it. On the right side of the picture the glacier is totally covered by stones.

And the best part of the day was the thermal bath at 2400 meters. It was raining the whole they but me managed to warm up in the pools. Everyone could find the best temperature as it varied from pool to pool between 30 and 45 degrees.
